ONLINE COUNSELING
LIFE CAN BE COMPLICATED...
Online counseling (formally known as "Telehealth") is available for anyone residing in the state of California. It is ideal for those who have been thinking of reaching out for emotional support or simply for self-exploration, but can't seem to find the time in their busy schedule to drive to a therapist's office. It is also meant for people whose access to a therapist is limited due to location, disability, transportation limitations, lack of childcare or who for some reason feel they cannot attend in-person sessions on a regular basis.
Benefits of online counseling
Convenience - Avoid the stress of dealing with traffic and resume your day immediately after your session, save time!
Flexibility - Fit your session into your schedule, connect from your office or home without leaving. (Through the client portal you’ll be able to see which days and time slots work for you, so you can plan ahead.)
Comfort - Connect from the comfort of your own space. Take off your shoes, wear your PJs, eat your lunch, quickly run over to the door for your latest Amazon package delivery or simply sit with your pet on your lap during your session.
