  • CLIENT PORTAL: As a courtesy to clients Mindful Quest Relationship Counseling subscribes to a HIPAA compliant electronic health records system where clients can conveniently and safely complete and submit necessary forms, coordinate appointments, send sensitive information and pay electronically.

  • SPECIALIZED CLINICAL TREATMENT: You get to work with a clinician who has expert level clinical training in working with trauma and relationships.

  • HIGH QUALITY & MINDFUL CLINICAL CARE: Therapist is actively involved in clinical consultation and supervision with other top notch professionals in the field, attends multiple advanced and specialized training events throughout the year and is regularly reading new books/research and listening to podcasts relevant to clients' needs. Additionally, therapist is invested in her own personal work through on-going personal counseling which allows her to stay in touch with the client’s therapeutic experience in an attempt to better connect with those she serves.

  • EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICES: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is recognized worldwide and is a scientifically proven treatment that helps alleviate the effects from traumatic life events. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), based on the science of attachment, is also recognized worldwide as the most cutting edge, tested and proven approach to treat couples. Both of these can be combined and effectively used with individuals and couples.

  • OFFICE ENVIRONMENT: The office environment is designed with your privacy and comfort in mind. You get to do self check-in through an iPad to notify the therapist you have arrived and wait in an environment that offers seating pods that allow you privacy while you wait. During your visit you get to enjoy ergonomically designed furniture in a sound proof office and get to exit through a back door so that people in the waiting room don’t have to see you coming out of your appointment.
