I personally have taken breaks from my own therapy (planned and unplanned), but I always go back because it keeps me on my toes and brings me growth and healing each and every time! Let’s get you back on track!

  • It has been longer than 30 days since your last appointment or last contact with your therapist

  • You took an unplanned break from meeting with your therapist and never followed-up

  • You took a planned break with no planned return date and are ready to pick-up where you left off

  • You’ve worked with Maritza in the past and would like to work with her again

  • If your availability coincides with a currently available time slot you will receive an email inviting you to access the Client Portal once your account has been reactivated, you will have a message waiting for you in the portal about the time slot(s) that match with your availability so that you may request the one you prefer.

  • If there are no current slots that match your availability, Maritza will reach out via text to coordinate a time to connect and together decide how to move forward.

  • If there is a new issue/concern that is making you return to therapy Maritza will reach out via text to coordinate a time to connect and together determine if your new situation is something she can help you with.

  • ALL RETURNING CLIENTS THAT HAVE BEEN INACTIVE FOR 3 MONTHS OR MORE WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A NEW CLIENT CONTRACT AND COMPLETE THE “RETURNING CLIENT INTAKE FORM”
